RADIO DOCTOR

I'm listening to the radio
Would like to dance with glee,
Just heard this doctor give advice,
Good for us all, you see.
Let me introduce myself,
I'm a part of everyone,
I live among your brain cells and
I start at rise of sun.
Each one of us can live within
This lovely body home,
I feel so glad to be right here,
And never want to roam.
It's not that all is perfect here,
Let's lay it on the line,
It only takes one ointment fly,
To spoil our breakfast time.
A brother/sister brain cell says,
Our host, so loved by all,
Takes little time for breakfast food,
And skips the breakfast call.
But then of course, later on
At work, a wish to dine,
Hunger calls for calories,
Can't wait 'till luncheon time.
One brother/sister cell speaks up,
It says here in my file,
We must satisfy our honored King,
He says it with a smile.
Our brother brain cell has a point,
We love our ruler so,
Let's ask the warehouse guys to bring,
Some of their overflow.
Their boss admits supplies are large,
And some is needed now,
To assuage these hunger pains of course,
And satisfy somehow.
Call the higher supervisor to
Send something down the line,
To satisfy this urgent need,
And say, "Please, just this time."
Their supervisor cell says, "No, no,
We're classed starvation mode,
Then beg a fix to just get by
Convince the CEO.
My warehouse jars just love their jobs,
Their "horseback" ride each day
For them a Disney carousal
Let's keep it all this way.
We wish our CEO had heard
Doctor Lyn today,
Give it a try, see reasons why,
It works without delay.
"Have HALF your daily calories,
At the breakfast table,"
Red grapes or its diluted juice,
Half hour before, if able.
Eggs, whole grain toast, proteins,
Grape juice before each meal,
Warehouse containers love you more,
They'll shrink, a dandy deal.
Their rides get even faster as,
The carousal gains speed.
The body's CEO is glad,
Long healthy life, this deed.
