To find out more from the Government of Canada about preventing elder abuse call toll free 1-800 O-Canada (1-800-622-6232). I called that number and a very helpful gentleman in Ottawa answered. He identified those to contact locally in my own province, and sent some brochures with more details to pass along to help others.
